1. Agreement

By accessing this website, completing a purchase, or downloading our digital products, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.

“Animah Institute,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this website and its digital products. “You” means the individual using the site or purchasing products.

2. Products

We sell digital mindset audio sessions delivered as downloadable files (typically MP3 audio plus a PDF companion). Products are described on individual product pages. We may update descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time before you complete a purchase.

Our products are for personal, non-commercial use by adults 18 and older. They are not medical devices, drugs, or professional therapy services. See our Medical Disclaimer.

3. Purchases and payment

Checkout is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction. Payment must be completed in full before digital delivery.

4. Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive access to your digital files via download link, email, or other electronic delivery we provide. Delivery is typically immediate or within a reasonable time after payment confirmation.

You are responsible for downloading, storing, and backing up your files. Download links may expire or be limited in uses. Contact us if you cannot access a purchase you paid for.

5. License and restrictions

When you purchase a session, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the files for your personal use only. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the files or PDFs
• Upload our content to file-sharing sites or social platforms for others to download
• Record, reproduce, or create derivative works for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices from our materials
• Use our content to train AI models or automated systems without written permission

All intellectual property in our website, audio, scripts, branding, and PDFs remains owned by Animah Institute or its licensors.

6. Refunds

Because our products are digital goods delivered electronically, all sales are generally final once files have been delivered or download access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

If you were charged in error, did not receive your files, or received corrupted files you cannot use, contact hello@animahinstitute.com within 14 days of purchase and we will work in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include re-delivery or a refund at our discretion.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or products, including by interfering with checkout, scraping content at scale, introducing malware, or using the site unlawfully.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listening to our audio will produce any particular result.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANIMAH INSTITUTE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO A PURCHASE OR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Animah Institute from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site or products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may apply to future purchases only.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
